I am using Cpanel and Many of my cutomers want to forward there emails to Hotmail account.
They set in default address but fail to receive mails. Even they Forwarders technique but same problem.
Can any one tell me what they need to do for forwording all of mails to there Hotmail account.

I contact with my service provided, but it seem they still not able to solve this problem.

I have never had any problems forwarding emails...

Did you setup a mail forwarder in cPanel? Or did you setup a POP3 box and THEN the forwarder?

i try for both but same problem, even i set in default address but same problem....

Is it just forwardnig to Hotmail that is not working? Or is it forwarding to any external email address that is not working?

Sometimes it can be delayed by quite a few hours with Hotmail.

I have also read of someone who recently contacted Hotmail about this and their server was blocked by Hotmail. I would check your mail logs and see if any responses have come back from Hotmail mail servers. They usually indicate the problem.

I am using reseller account. So can you tell me where I can read logs??

You would be best contacting your host and explaining the problem you have and see what they suggest. They should act and fix it or be able to let you know whats happening.
