I enjoy this board so much ( yes I realy do ) that I thought I would pass along a tiny secret of making a succesful firm.

Reading this forum always tells me whom might be top of there game and who might be behind. Alway look at the leaders because they might know a thing or too.

Before I disclose the book, I would like everyone to take notice of the complaints that are generaly issued. It can be narrowed to

1) contracts ( some real funky terms in them )
2) client services ( this host suck or they did not give me what i ordered ...)
3) pricing

The book I advise eveyone to read is " raving fans" written by the same guy who wrote "one minute manager". If you are willing to read it, You'll come out 2 steps ahead of everyone else. and as I see it, this business needs hosting companies that little guy's can depend on.

Yes, very good book... I believe it was Jason from HostingSolutions.net that turned me on to that one.

Another good one for the shelves is "The Five Temptations of A CEO" by Patrick Lencioni -- It only takes a couple of hours to read and is worth every second of it. Excellent book for anyone working within a team, especially if you are a leader of that team in one form or another.
