Description of job:
To make a desktop application. I want it to log people into my site, then check several statistics from the site. Then I need the program to write to my datbase some details.

What this is for:
A Gaming League. I want people to be able to confirm and report their losses from a program.

I don't really think if a talent is the only quality that is truly
valuable for the job that you have posted. According to what you have
described I'd say you need a talented, well-experienced and active
developer. Considering all those factors, I'm willing to let you know
that our organization is interested in doing the project. Nevertheless,
we'd tell you how much it would cost if you could let us know what is
your web site, and what it was made of; if developing the application
would need the web site modification (and who is going to do the
modification). One screenshot is too few to make a final estimation.
