Okay I bought this template from them about 2 to 3 months ago. now I went to Template monster to see if it was still there and it isnt.

I didnt get any message from template monster over email or anything.

I emailed TM about it and no response.

What should I do?

If you purchased the template from them a link to download would have been emailed to you which i think becomes invalid after 3 days. If you didn't get the email why wait 2-3 months?

People also have the option to make an "exclusive" purchase of any template, meaning it wont be sold to anybody else after that, so if somebody did, that's why it would no longer be there, although even if nobody makes an exclusive purchase, i think they only leave designs up untill they have been purchased x number of times anyway.

maybe it was purchased so many times maybe that is why it is down.

They have been offline for days. Anyone know what has happened? Didn't they have major problems with their site(s) last summer?

Now is everything OK with their performance, but you're right there were some troubles!

Well no they can't stop people that have already purchased it from using it, it'll just not be sold to anybody else.

He's worried if someone bought it exclusively they would have full rights and he wouldnt be able to use it.That's not the case they buy it exclusively and NO ONE ELSE can buy it,the people that bought it before can still use it no problems :)
