Our facility is staffed 24/7 with on-site technicians to support our customer's day-to-day requirements. Customers can save time and money by using our technicians as their “remote hands” to perform tasks requiring visual confirmations, power resets, rebooting of equipment, cable swaps and a variety of other functions.
Cross-connects
All non-fiber cross-connects are guaranteed to be completed in 2 business days; fiber cross-connects are guaranteed to be completed in 5 business days. Any cross-connect that is not completed within this timeframe is free! Our cross-connects do NOT have monthly fees.
Carrier-Friendly Approach
The members of our management team are veterans of the telecommunications landscape. We have long-standing relationships with many carriers, and maintain a carrier-neutral environment, enabling our customers and carriers to choose and implement partnerships quickly. The carriers listed below are collocated in our facility, while many others have access less than 200 feet via our existing conduits between the carrier area and the public right of way. Many carriers lease fiber from these carriers. If your preferred carrier is not listed below, Colo4-Dallas will work with that carrier to gain access independently, or through another carrier’s dark fiber. Our strong working relationships with customers and carriers result in a win-win environment for all parties.
