I never dealt with them in Russia, but from what I've seen here, I think a couple more would have been there to deny that the lightbulb ever needed changing in the first place. :)

... and a few more would be walking around for more lightbulbs to change because it was the end of the shift and they had a quote to fill =] (how i got a seatbelt ticket)

A: None, the bulb can change itself. But it will take a long time and the bulb has to really want to change.
