Dude, seriously, get more than one question answered in 1 thread. This i like your 4th thread in a day or so :P

Nocster is supposed to have fast servers. I did some tests off them a week or so ago, and did great.

Here's some advice. Go into the dedi. offer forum, and look at all the diff hosts posting. Goto their main site, and see what they offer. If they have something you like, use the search feature (it's on the top left bar thing).
