Uhmmmm....... What don't you specifically understand? The question's a bit vague and for all we know, it could be comparisons of CoreNIC vs. other domain registrars, or don't understand the domain rego system, or..... (blah blah blah)

I'm looking in their site and i see that if you want to join you must supply about 10.000$. I see, under other registrars , the logo CoreNic Partner. I don't understand (in their site) what is the advanteges to be CoreNic Partner :)

OK, it's much like becoming a domain registrar yourself (that is, sell domains to other people, businesses, other registrars, etc.). You pay $10,000 to join CoreNIC, which then allows you to start selling domains.

CoreNIC was one of the original registrars when the US government broke Network Solutions' monopoly on domain names, and you should have quality support and help, and easy accounting facilities if you need it.

That said, however, there isn't much advantage to be had when :

1. You have to pay $10,000 up front.
2. You can start off somewhere else (like http://www.opensrs.com ) and pay a smaller fee, and get cheaper domains to then sell at whatever profit margin you set.

If you look through this forum you'll find many domain registrar discussions, so if you're interested in the business have a look through them, ask a few more questions and the others around here can help you out.
