ticket techs?

Steven

People to answer simple tickets. As we will be selling managed servers, people will send in tickets with extremely simple things. I rather not be bothered with them and work on the bigger things.

I need some clarity--- at $70, does this include monitoring, direct server administration and ticket desk assistance? or just monitoring and ticket desk assistance?

Thanks.

Steven

That includes monitoring, server administration, and ticket desk assistance.

Hey, I like to hire you for tomorrow and Friday. I have to start work on those work days beginning tommorrow and I can't monitor my server at work. I need to figure out why my server is having a sudden surge in CPU usage in late noon. So if you can monitor and troubleshoot on what the cause is then let me know. Send me a PM if you are interested.

I have contracted some of Steve's services for two of my servers since last night and thus far everything has gone wonderfully. I was in a pinch and his services were fast and complete. The pricing is very reasonable and I will be using Rack911 in the future.

Thanks Steve.

OK..Folks.. If you want a Admin that knows what he is doing and do it with speed and right the first time, Then Steve is your guy. We have been using him now for sometime, and there has been some problems that he's been on with fury...The Best part he has a personality, unlike some Admins that are just DUDS. You Really go get service with a smile with Steve.

Steve and Rack911.com are great. Recently I have had trouble with my server and Steve has went above and beyond the call of duty. Believe me you WILL NOT be disappointed! It is great to know with all the scammers on WHT there is a guy like Steve who simply:

1) does what says
2) does it fast
3) does it right

Thanks Steve!

Derrick

Thanks to all who commented. After being rooted (t0rn v8) because of the cPanel fiasco, I realized that I am totally out of my league in trying to manage my own server.

I too contacted Steve based on this thread and now that it has been a few weeks, I can honestly say that this was the best decision I have made (after the decision to follow other recommendations here and go with ServerMatrix).

I join those in recommending Rack911 services for those who need that bit of expertise to help them along!

Steve, if you see this, thanks for being so patient with this n00b.

:)
