What we need here at TAMBA is a piece of software that emails and invoice to the customer monthly but does not go through a merchant online. We need to be able to process credit card orders manually on our credit card machine.

I have seen billing software that shows the amount of users signed up each day which is a great utility but they are connected to Paypal.

If there's a piece of software that acts as a control panel as well as a billing tool and maybe even a helpdesk tool, that would be great.
