Who all played "fling the cow" as mentioned by Safu at the end of his post in the "cpanel hosts to be avoided?" thread (page 3)? Like SoftWareRevue, I couldn't stop! I bet I played 20 minutes, succeeding only in a high score of 400.

I have to disclose that though I do not benefit financially from this particular cow flash game, I was born and raised in the "east-river" plains of South Dakota and therefore do benefit from cows in general.

I shamefully admit to not only sending the cow flying through the air but also subjecting others to the same behavior by linking to the cow in our own forums.

I apologize for this exciting yet unprofessional behavior. I'll go back to my corner now.

It could be even worse, you could have pulled out a packet sniffer and tried to construct a forged high score packet. 'Cause of course if you tried, you might find it actually sends a 12-digit encrypted checksum along with the high score, making it difficult to reverse engineer.

But nobody would really do all that to get a high score on "fling the cow."

I wasn't too focused on gaining high score. I was having more fun catapulting that cow off the screen :D
