I'm having a few problems with the OLM billing department.
Specifically I've been waiting two weeks for a response to my simple questions and haven't gotten a response yet. And yes I have resent the message, and tried submitting it with "support-desk", and then sending it to QA.
Well that didn't work.
So now what? How can I get them to cough up simple information? Will calling the number listed for "sales" (18772OLMNET i believe) get me to billing, possibly?
Help - I really need to get some answers from them.

You should call them.... Sales do relate to billing ;)

appletreats, do you subscribe to that OLM mailing list? Seems some quicker action takes place after a message is posted there.

How you get on the OLM mailing list?

Thanks Chicken for the info.
And I would say OLM is one of the better hosts out there.

No problem. You'll figure this out eventually, but JT (on the list) is a support rep. for OLM/Webaxxs and tries to help the list when he can. The rest are users (though I may have been sleeping and missed another OLM rep., but I'm pretty sure he's the only one).

Thanks Chicken. Yeah I've read like the last 2 months on there and figured out JT is the support rep but I don't know how he does it. Some of them are brutal on him but he stays pretty cool about it. I don't know how he does it.

I don't know either heh. They sometimes post to the list for tech support (as people do here), but he seems to be super tech and tries to take care of things.

The only reason why I switched was because I decided I wanted a dedicated server, and their prices were a little too steep for me. I've had experience with their billing department, and I can assure you -- I haven't had ANY problems with them. I've actually talked with them on the phone, and they were prompt and (*gasp*) courteous! I'd recommend calling their 800 number.
