This is my first post and please don't make some cruel comments about me because i'm a newbie with 1 post :bawling:
Also, I feel that I need not to show the whole world my URLs (I would like to keep it private, if you all don't mind).


1st stop: 24hostingnow.com
I have to say, they're awesome! They've been very helpful with all of my questions. Especially James (the owner) - he's totally a nice guy. If you're trying to set up a script and got stuck, they will set it up for you (how nice is that?). There were a few times their network was down but it didn't take them that long to put it up.
Their support: amazingly fast! No matter what time you contact them (morning or late night) they will answer their support tickets within 5-15 minutes.
Time frame that I've been with them: 1 year
Why am I leaving them? I need a bigger and larger plan for my websites.

2nd stop: dathorn.com
I don't know what to say. Their network is supposed to be good (theplanet) BUT for some reasons, some parts of the world COULDN'T access my websites such far east asia and south of US, etc.
they kept getting "pages not found" and I always told them to check with their internet providers or something was wrong with their computer. But when 10 different people complained at the same time then .....i knew there was seriously something wrong. Weird thing is I NEVER saw my sites were offline or anything :eek: So I took matters into my own hand -- that is moved all my websites to a different network -- what do you know - all those people that couldn't get into my websites before now CAN see my websites.... So I think there's something wrong with the network.
Their support: They will reply to your tickets within 15-30 minutes (when submiting tickets at 2 or 3 am) and they're not very helpful at all. Everything I asked for such as upgraded my acct or transferred my acct, etc. they ALWAYS told me to wait for Andrew (the owner). :eek:
Time frame that I've been with them: 6 months
Why am I leaving them? People couldn't get into my websites from other parts of the world so I moved.
Overall rating: C
I have to say 1 thing - their price is incredibly cheap.

3rd stop: dinix.com
Best of the best! They're incredibly amazing! Their support is truly 24x7. They answer your tickets really fast (during day, night, midnight, early morning, etc.) and they're very helpful! When I couldn't transfer my websites (because they were too large to transfer from WHM), they did it for me any way. (I really appreciate it). I've been with them for only 2 weeks, it is too early for me to make some comments about them so I'll stop here :) . I will come back later in a year or less and let you know my experience with dinix.com! So far, i'm impressed !
Overall rating (so far): A+

I am glad to hear some success stories.

My experience with some of the bad ones are listed in search.
(Whole nother story.)

I wish someone had outlined it this way for me 12 months ago.
