Hello everyone

My Cobalt Server which I have recently purchased. When i send mail to username@domain.com, i do not recieve it, but when I send e-mail to username@www.domain.com, I recieve it. It is very important that the e-mail works!!! Can someone please help me?

RaQ3 Suggestion:

Make sure that the DNS MX record (mail record) is "domain.com to domain.com".

RaQ4 Suggestion:

Make sure that the DNS MX record (mail record) is "domain.com to domain.com".

Make sure that "domain.com, www.domain.com" is listed under the Mail alias found under the site settings of the domain.

domain.com NS ns1.hn.org 0 0
domain.com NS aux1.hn.org 0 0
www.domain.com CNAME domain.com 0 0
domain.com A 116.140.115.17 0 0
domain.com MX domain.com 0 0

this is what my dns set up looks like..., i tried what you told me, i prb did it wrong, cause it wont work :-( lol im a loser

the site speecific thing i added domain.com as an alias... under e-mail settings but when i save changes, it goes away to a blank again, but for web alias it works, when i add domain.com
