Hello,

Right now when i tried to access my website through IP it was down..

I thought that it would some problem on my side and checked all things.. nothing wrong..

I asked few guys to check and it was up while accessing through domain but not when we access it through IP..

So I went to 4webspace.com chat room and ask what is the problem.. they told me that my ip xxx.xxx.xxx.1 have been made a gateway Ip and xxx.xxx.xx.62 have been made broadcast Ip..

I asked them why and why did'nt they told me about it! Keeg told me that, that is what I should know when running my own DNS (when even they never told me) and now my ns1.hostingbetter.com which is causing IPs not to respond..

The only thing I am left with is changing the Nameserver IP and which would take atleast 2 days to change..

Any idea what should I do next and is that my fault or 4webspace ??

Please reply asap..

Although I'm not fully understanding what has happened... I would say that if 4WebSpace made any changes to your IPs without consulting you first, it would be their fault.

But if you could provide a statement from 4WebSpace, word for word, I might be able to offer more advice.

I just pinged your .1 IP and accessed it through my web browser -- it's working just fine. If you're still having trouble, you will need to contact Tera-Byte directly; this forum isn't really the appropriate place to engage in technical support.
