I have a question about setting up a Red Hat server on a remote boot strip. As I understand it, it simply cycles off and then back on the power to the specified outlet. Now, doesn't the bios need to be setup to allow the machine to come back on by itself? If I unplug the power from my computer and plug it back up, then I have to hit the power switch again.
Does this make sense?

In most current BIOS versions you will find a setting what the board should do in case of a power loss - should it stay off or should it try to get on again...
