This question is directed at Robert from Rackshack.net. I am interested in signing up for a Best Value RAQ dedictaed server package. I run a popular free font archive and use more than 250 GBs a month in out going bandwidth, my website grows more popular as the weeks go by. My question concerns the TOS which states the following,

"RackShack will monitor Customer's bandwidth and disk usage. RackShack shall have the right to take corrective action if Customer's bandwidth or disk usage exceeds the Agreed Usage. Such corrective action may include the assessment of additional charges, disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services, or termination of this Agreement, which actions may be taken is in RackShack's sole and absolute discretion."

I am more than willing to pay for the extra bandwidth, however I am concernied about the "disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services" part of the above quote. I am looking for a host that I can trust, can you please assure me that if I did sign up I would only have to pay for excess bandwidth instead of searching for a new host.

Welcome to WHT JJJay. I will ask that you email this question directly to Robert, or Rackshack, or post the question on their support forum: http://forum.rackshack.net (as this really isn't the quickest, nor most proper way to get an answer to a specific question like this).
