I need a simple program that is a text scroller, has to be interactive, there shd be an interface for user to key in the text that is needed to be scrolled. sort of like an announcement program, to be run offline on a pc. can be in any language, but preferably java. anyone knows where i can find something like this? or if anyone can produce this simple software for me i'm willing to pay.
