My personal suggestions would be: http://i-NetSolutions.net (a GNAX reseller) http://dedicatedserversolutions.com/ (Incognito's, he uses GNAX and LiquidWeb) or, if you prefer a more commercial option, take a look at http://servermatrix.com Good luck!
