which ded host do you think is best for hosting mp3s ?

It would be best posted in the webhosting requests forum where companies can contact you if they can meet your demands.

any pre-made package will do me ! I do not want to have companies go out of their way for me !

If they're MP3s for download you might want to have a RAQ from RackShack. RAQs are fine for file sharing and RackShack provides a ton of bandwith.

I wouldn't host MP3s on a server, instead i would try to find someone at a school with a dedicated line to host them for you ;)
