Something like:

30GB transfer
Mysql
php
unlimited pop accounts
unlimited ftp accounts
on a server w/ only 10 - 20 domains

Server specs would be
850mhz Pentium III
512 RAM
Scsi and ide drives

If so, what would be a reasonable price?

I would say for tha maybe $50+
