Hi All,

I work for a software company in India where lots of US & European clients outsource their software development and get a good deal for their budget. Many of the US call centres are handled in India during your night times

I'm wondering if the same principle can be applied to web-hosting online support.. Especially since US & India are on a 12 hour time diff [roughly]

What do you people feel would be a reasonable price to pay for quality ICQ kind of support? I mean in terms of $/mo/domain or something like that?

This is just an idea that occured to me and I am tossing it here...
