I was wondering if I can use Ubersmith (any other apps like Ubersmith?) to actually charge cards on a monthly basis, kinda like a RevECom, except I would like to use a merchant account. Is this possible/legal etc? Also wheres a good place to grab a merch account, i'm based internationally, but I have a partner in the US working with me so they may be able to get the account?
