Hi,
I've got a costumer on a site w/ 400 mbyte disk quote, which is used aroud 20%
Somehow it happened last weekend that the quota was reset to 1 mbyte (according to filesystem & diskuse stats; 400 mbyte still showed up in site settings).
the problem was "easily" fixed by setting the quota to 399 mbyte so it was reset on the filesystem, but the main problem was:
with no disk space left (1mb quota) the clients software was not able to write to the mysql database probably, which corrupted the database, so he lost half of it's data. (i was able to restore most of the data from backups, but nearly a days has been lost)
is there any known reason why raqs loose disk quota settings?
i'm thinking of installing the quota.pkg (http://cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net/files/Features/Intel/Quota.pkg) from cobalt-aid but infact it will only help half as it runs daily - i would suffer from the same problem that during the time the quota is broken: loose data of data is likely.
Any ideas/suggestions/etc??
Thanks,
Martin/Iplexx
