Does anyone know of a good source on the web for networking tools like RJ45 crimpers, tone generators, testers...........blah blah.

Your local rackity shack (Radioshack), Homedepot or Lowes should have everything you need. I know for a fact that Home Depot carries a range of crimpers from "el cheapo" to "more than you'd ever want to pay". They also carry a wide range of ethernet jacks and various other wiring odds and ends.
