Hello, my name is Doug. A while ago I saw a thread proposing the formation of a team of about 15 people who all have different talents, (Marketing, coding/programming, gaphics, accounting etc) and form a global business using our talents to develop a product and release it.

Currently we have roughly 20 active members, 7 of which are very active posting their opinions.

Were hoping to pick up a few more people, specifically who know programming, so the first place that came to mind was Devshed. There are a lot of highly skilled people here and hopefully a few of you will be willing to join our team.

I'll give you a rundown of things so far. Yes we are hoping to make money with this idea. We'll be using an offshore holding account to decrease the tax burden and everyone is expected to enter into a legally binding contract to make sure no one gets taken advantage of.

Currently we have people who can code php/mysql, asp/access, chartered accountants, advertisers, copyrighters and graphic designers. This is a fairly rounded team, but we could use someone who can code a well designed server back-end, or desktop front-end for the product.

Everyone will who is on the team will be paid when, and only when the team makes money. This will not only be a great educational experience, but it could end up paying for your car or something along those lines.

Once we have enough people we'll take a look at our strengths and do some brain storming to figure out the best product or service for us to develop.

If you're interested please visit http://team.arcanenexus.com/forum/index.php signup and introduce yourself.

If at all interested, the origional post is on site point. http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=144595

If you need to contact me you can use the forum PM system, I visit the forum daily.

Thanks for your time.
