I represent a big hardware website with over 130,000 uniques / month. We need a hosting able to give us free hosting, in exchange we provide advertising. We had such an agreement with a company, but we are unsatisfied about their services; they were affected by the 11 September tragedy.
We require:
MySQL/PHP/Perl
50 GB bandwidth
300Mb storage
Protect dirs
POP3
99.9 uptime.
We have days with over 10,000 uniques

The website is dinamically generated using PHP and Mysql. Our previous host received over 1000 referrals per month form us. I don't know the success rate, but it was obvious high because they didn't cancel the agreement.
