I want to know how many types of SCSI HDD with RPM are in the market.
And which is the fastest SCSI HDD? And cheapest SCSI HDD?

they average at 10,000 rpm now. However 15,000 rpm drives started popping in the market quite a while back.

The best SCSI performers on our list are:
Seagate
IBM
Quantum

as for cheapest SCSI, this is a bad question as you can purchase a 5 year old scsi drive (cheapest) but poor and outdated performer

How much is the price diff between 10K RPM and 15K RPM?

www.pricewatch.com to give you an idea of price differences :) Actual prices vary. 10k RPM is usually fast enough for most high-end things. If you plan on accessing the hard drive an insane amount of times, 15k RPM would be nice.

Seagates are fantastic! :)
