You can make this with scripts..

You have to make some scripts which creates virtualdomains on your server... these scripts can be used from your resellers....

then.. the customers could manage the virtual site through the siteadmin pages....

You can reconfigure it to us for your purposes... it's a bit strange, but if you have good php knowledge then you should be able to do that...
