I am trying to install ticketsmith (www.voxel.net) and now I need to know how I send mail that is sent to for example heldesk@domain.com to a program (gateway.pl).

I'm running a cpanel server.

Edit the file /etc/valiases/domain.com and make an entry thus:

helpdesk@domain.com: |/home/yourdomain/public_html/cgi-bin/gateway.pl

Yes, allready got it installed and working. This program works very good.

Someone else here using this program? Any problems with it?
