I decided to post this as there seems to be a rumor floating around that they have gone out of business or something.

I pay $49/mo ($99 set-up) for my RaQ3 with them, 50GB Xfer. Every time I have called or emailed I have gotten a prompt response.

I wanted to upgrade my RAM (it only came with 32MB). I bought a 256MB (for $15), had it shipped to them and sent them an email to give them heads-up it was coming. They DAY they got it they called me and asked if there was a certain time of day or night that would be best for them to shut my server down to do the upgrade. I told them to go ahead whenever. They then called me back 1hr later simply to tell me that the DIMM was installed and I was back up and going. Pretty good service in my book.

I know Rackshack offers more transfer, but they won't host me because I sell clothing optional travel and nude images violate their AUP (even though they agree with me that it is not porn, but they say it still violates their AUP), so Internet Express was my next best option and so far so good.
