I have registered ns1.mydomain.com, ns2.mydomain.com and were working fine without any problem but suddenly they don't resolve why?

You need to open the DNS Control Panel, find the pane named "Error Correction" and put a check mark in the "Please work" box.

Seriously: Either give us your real domain name or post an accurate error message / description.

jks is right, we can't check your DNS without knowing your domain name.

But you might want to check your DNS record and make sure you can resove from your local box.

If you can't this is the problem with your DNS server. If you can this might be a problem with the Internet registrar.

Flush your DNS cache by using ipconfig /flushdns
