The Title pretty much says it all!

I've been working on developping what i consider to be quite a revolutionary advertising concept.

Now i need a Scripter to Work with me to put this Plan into Motion.

The scripting that needs to be done revolves around banner rotation script, i dont think its anything too complicated or earth shattering. But its needed and very important nonetheless.

I'm looking for somebody to work with, somebody that can script in PHP, but can also contribute in other areas such as promotion
and a few every day operations.
Basically i am not looking for somebody to make a script then hit the road, however not asking for full time commitment either!

Check out www.cgi-resouces.com for cgi/php/c++ scripts. I know they have some good banner rotating scripts out there too.

but its faaaaaaar from that simple.
i dont just need an ad rotating script, i need quite a bit more than that.
