Does vB statically record timestamps based on the user's timezone, or is it screwed up? If either, I really think it should record times in GMT and adjust them to the user's locale, then maybe even stating their offset.

The timestamps are recorded based on server time - and then adjusted in the postbit depending on your time settings....

I dont see what's wrong with the two posts/timestamps you posted.. :confused:

I think dan forgot 12AM is in the morning and 12PM is during the day. Thus making 12PM earlier than 9PM.
