Can 2checkout.com be used asmerchant for enom's API stuff? That would solve some of my problems .

I don't think you can really change the look and feel of that site at all.

If you really mean their PDQ product, you can't make any changes at all, and it already includes payment processing system (credit cards).
If you mean their downloadable API, then yes, you can use your own payment processor.

Yes, I know that basically all u can alter is th ecolor of PDQ site.
But my real question is can I use 2checkout if I used their API system?

I think the best bet is to ask eNom directly, but I'm pretty sure their API is intented to be used along with your own merchant account and/or a payment processing system like 2checkout. Of course, you'll have to do some coding. ;)
