Hello,
I have 2 servers with IntenseInfo, recently 1 of the servers surffered a DOS attack and kernal dead. IntenseInfo resolved the situation in a few hours with 5 Technicians working throughout the night none stop. Also i wasn't charged.
Kudos to IntenseInfo.

HostEXP

Not to put them down or anything... but I'm just curious:
1. How does a DoS attack screw up a kernel?
2. How can you have 5 people working on one machine? Isn't that a little bit of overkill? I don't think we've ever had more than 2 people working on a server at the same time.

No we did not charge them at all. A situation like this we help to resolve the issue, not make matters worse...
The DOS attack didnt screw up the kernal, it was another issue.., but it didnt help
And we had 5 technicans working on different things. Actually there were 2 working in the server 3 others were there advising and helping out.
Its always good to get a few perspectives on the matter.
