Is the BGP-4 set to prefer any provider? Also, are power strips included in the full racks? And last of all, what is the location of the NOC and possibly a website of it, and an IP address so I can run some tests? Thanks in advance,

What about the support and phone contacts, basically what I mean is, rebooting or network problems. Do you guys have a 800 number? do you have a number that is staffed 24/7 by a real person? What about remote reboot services?

You will have up to three phone contacts including direct lines and cell phone numbers along with 800 number. Reboots are included at no additional charge. If the reboots cannot be handled remotely support will go down and reboot within 15 minutes. Our customers have real people (myself, and my counterpart) 24/7 reachable by phone. We pride ourselves in our customer service.
