It is a common spam tactic to rearrange the letters of a word. The words are still legible to read, and the spammer hopes they are NOT picked up by spam filters, in an attempt to fool the filter.

I'll agree on the spam filter avoidance issue..
But I'd also have to agree that it's probably not the spamers native tounge.. At those prices I'd have to say it's probably from China or another Aisian country speaking Engrish..

in either case it's also probably a scam.. I doubt you'd find a valid copy of Winders XP Pro for $39.00 anywhere..
