Hello Everyone,
This is for a serious sale of a established web hosting business. There is quite a lot of details in this. So Read It All, before asking Questions! You Must have experience in the web hosting background or we will not sell. This is legitimate business, where hours, weeks, months, have been spent on development. This business started Last March. We currently host over 1600 domains on our servers. It is a professionally designed company website and it is a Custom Design. Currently 3 people work the support ticket system. Most websites and plans are around 10-50Mb plans. The are 5 servers, all located at EV1. The server specs are the following:
353 domains – 55% use of HD space – AMD Duron 1 Ghz, 1GB RAM, 40GB HD
411 domains – 50% use of HD Space – Celeron 1.7 – 1GB RAM, 60GB HD
383 domains – 30% use of HD Space – P4 2Ghz – 1GB RAM, 2-80GB HD (Second Hard Drive is empty).
488 domains – 18% use of HD Space – P4 2 Ghz – 1GB RAM, 80GB HD
6 domains – 7% use of HD Space – Celeron 1.7 – 512MB Ram – 60GB HD
The last server listed only contains our corporate website, support website, and forum site. The cpu load average on that is 0.03. The server is practically empty. You can add domains on that server if you wish. We just kept our corporate site on that server because we wanted it on a separate machine. But you can change that, it is up to you. We left it this way, in case any of the servers went down, this one was always up. Since we have obtained that server many months ago, it has only been down for about 30 minutes due to a DDOS attack.
3 of our servers run on Ensim Pro, 2 servers on cPanel.
As you can see, like we said, most of our accounts are 10-50mb accounts. Our 488 domain server only uses 18% of the 80GB of space, which only accounts for about 15GB. Divide 15GB by 488 domains, and you’ll get around 30 Megabytes per domain. It still has plenty of room and cpu average is around 0.9 to 1.1.
What comes with the sale:
Ownership Company Domains
vBulletin License
All clients
All domain registrations
and many smaller items
We have a fully owned version of vBulletin we use for our Forums. We use eSupport and Modernbill, and have an Authorize.net account as well as Paysystems. We stopped using Paysystems long ago, and have our own merchant account now with ModernAuthorize/Authorize.net. However, Paysystems still has many payments coming in every week, and thousands more will come in for yearly payments in the upcoming months starting in late February/March. eSupport and Modernbill are both paid monthly.
Everything on our site is Automated. Account Creations, Domain Registration. It is all automated, saving you hours of time. Right now, just a daily check for fraud orders, and that is about all that needs to be done with the accounts.
After all costs, including our 3 people who work at support, we average about $2000 a month. (that is after all server costs, monthly costs, domain registration costs, and advertisements. )
Now, for the people wondering why the web hosting business is being sold?. I am 20 years old, and am an undergrad student applying for medical school very shortly. I want to pursue the business, but it is just taking my time. The business is NOT Easy. In the past year, I have learned a vast amount of information regarding web hosting and business; however, my commitment to my studies is more of a priority to me at this time.
Here is the income before any expenses (Starting in July, advertising was done which gives the big boost). Starting in October, we switched to Authorize.net, however, they are not as detailed as paysystems on the information. I don’t have all my bank statements, but will have them by Monday the 19th. Wells Fargo’s online system right only goes back to mid November for history. So, I will have to look up my statements when I get the statements on the 19th. (I’m out of town right now).
Total income for July 03
$1592.95
Total income for August 03
$3410.48
Total income for September 03
$3043.17
Total income for October 03
-TBA
Total income for November 03
-TBA
Total income for December 03
$4441.03
Expenses
$880 for 5 Servers
$400/month for employees
$100-200/month for advertising
Approx Total Expenses $1480/month
For the month of December, total net profit was above $3000+
And that is about one hour of work or less for me personally a day.
Support only consists of an average 15 tickets per day, but I would highly recommend you keep the current employees, they are absolutely great and knowledgeable. I don’t have much time for it, otherwise I would do it myself.
Recurring Annual for Paysystems is $11,000+, Recurring Monthly $500+, Again, this is just for Paysystems. The recurring annual payments start in early march. And stop around Sept (when the switch to Authorize.net occurred). That’s 11k, in about 7 months just from Paysystems.
Price: $16,000
I am currently taking offers.
I am willing to speak over MSN,Yahoo, and Phone.
For Further Company Information, an NDA will have to be signed.
