That notice is for our shared hosting customers only and does not pertain to dedicated clients. Dedicated clients only pay $3.00 per gig for after there allocation is exceeded. This is pretty standard across all hosting providers.

Software depends on the server invovled, of course cobalts all have cobalt OS installed with there own control panel options.
Ensim solution is a virtual server with full root access, its like owning your own dedicated server at a lower then dedicated cost. This can be installed on any of our non-cobalt dedicated solutions for $29.99 a month and includes a full control panel with PHP, ASP, Majordomo, Vacation Message, Streaming Video, Frontpage and other features.

Sorry I missed that, Our servers are currently in Minneapolis and are soon to be moved to Rochester Mn, onto a DS3 Fiber connection directly from AT&T with backup connections from Sprint and UUNet to follow.

It would be great if you could elaborate a bit further on the 29.99 per month offer for the dedicated/Ensim solution.
