Has anyone seen Court as of late? I have not and I need to get in touch with him for a refund that was never sent.

I was referred to 'Sharp web' and Court to request a web design from Sharp web and him. He agreed saying it be no problem and I asked if it was 'private' or through Sharp web and he specifically said sharp web. He gave me a 1 week deadline and we came to a conclusion of $800 that would have included 6 pages plus a logo and content. We spoke back n forth for a few days and then gave him the 'ok' to begin and paid him in full $800.00 USD via PAY PAL. A week passed and nothing. I Emailed him at sharp web and he finally got back saying he had a hard drive crash. I also ended up sending an email to support@sharpweb if I recall and someone responded saying they have no idea what i was referring too.. which I found very Odd. anyways 3 1/2 weeks later still No web page. Finally a week after that he got online and gave me a story about deaths and moving etc.. and said He would refund the money within 10 days Due to him moving and transferring accounts. as of today its been 15 days no response from court@sharpweb ,no response from court via icq ,email, or AIM.
I am Highly discouraged from doing business with them

for my business just starting out.. I got screwed and screwed hard.

There are always 2 sides to a story, but this sounds like a possible legal battle.. :(

Court has left sharpweb and moved the other side of the country. I'll assume the job you are referring to is SCH(I'll just use the abbr.). His hard drive did in fact crash, however, I believe he re-did the entire site as promised. I will have him contact you as soon as he gets settled in, i.e. phone line, Internet Access. I'm sure he will make an effort to make reparations with you once he is able to contact you as he is of the most trustworthy and upstanding sort.

only a refund for the site is plasueable now due to the massive wait and lost time. I should have been up over a month ago.
a refund is the only course possible now.
It was agreed upon before he left.

Again, I've relayed the message to him, however, I cannot guarantee that he is able to check his current email as he probably does not have Internet access just yet. I will keep you posted.

The last Post on this topic was on OCT 4/2001. Tis Now Oct 12/2001. Again I'm darn sure that it doesn't take 3+ weeks to get online and pay back people owed. SharpWeb Innovations is responsible for thier employee's. So I would Like seriously to get this issue resolved Today. I think I have been patient enough from the day the web site was started until now. AUG through OCT. I also sent a letter to Sharpwebs owner and still haven't receieved a response.

How are you relaying the message? Phone, Letters, Fax??
If its by Phone could you kindly pass his numbers to me.There are also FREE ISP'S that offer internet access for modem users . That would allow enough time to logon and contact those whom need contacting.
