EV1 are as reliable as they come, as long as you are confident at managing the server - they are UNMANAGED. You could consider an EV1 server and then use a 3rd party for management.

I'm sorry, what does "Unmanaged" mean?

Unmanaged means that you have to manage the server for yourself.

For reliability, I'd highly recommend Superb Servers. I've had a server with them for nearly a year, and I don't think my server has ever gone completely down. Believe me, I run a very large game server and would hear about such things almost instantly. ;-) Granted my server did get DDoS'd a few times a long time ago, or maybe got affected by other DDoS attacks, but they've now added very advanced DDoS protection by Riverhead (www.Riverhead.com). They claim it can handle major 1Gb/s+ size attacks with ease. I'd say that's pretty impressive =) I've had no attacks whatsoever in quite some time (I assume since it was installed).

ev1 is great .. have 4 servers then happy whit it..

EV1 has had maybe two small outages (< 1 hour) in the past year, can recommend them, but their servers are unmanaged.
Servermatrix is good also, has a very stable network.
