Anyone have a recommendation for a low cost Ensim server provider?

Try www.ev1servers.net I have been with them about two years and they are very stable.

You can't go wrong with EV1. Their network is solid and they have lots of Ensim options.

Too bad they're out of Windows servers and have no ETA for more. Anyone else that has Windows servers? (I also need Linux ones too.)
