Looking to change webhosts, and came across these guys.

Anyone have any experience with them? I'm tempted to get an account just to check them out, I mean, 9.99 a year, can;t beat that, and it has the features I need (which are minimal)

I saw those reviews, but they look kinda sketchy, i.e. a lot of them on the same day, which I would take as the boss telling employees to go rate the site in a positive manner on intenret review sites.

A lot of the comments mention downtime, but crap, for $10 a year I could deal with a little downtime.

The reviews on hosting assured aren't right. Check out hostpulse for some actual customer reviews.
I am switching my server today. I have been with them for a while now and have had nothing but problems. Tech support takes days and sometimes weeks to answer. My business site has been down for 4 days now and tech support won't answer my complaints. A bit ago I was completely down for a week with no answer, I had to file a complaint with hosting assured just to get them to actually acknowledge my existance.

digitalibiz has been fine for me.

DigitalIbiz is hopeless.
I'm just finishing up a year of using them, and let me tell ya, you get what you pay for.
Sure it might seem like a cheap price, but what's the point of paying for webspace that is only available *most* of the time???

They use microsoft software and it's continually needing to go down for maintenence. The MySql server I've had the misfortune to be on is unacceptably flakey.

If you're trying to grow a professional image on the net, find another host to use.
