I'm looking for a solution for online credit card
processing which includes some kind of an interface I can control automatic billing (bill a customer monthly).

Most of the online credit-card processors I've checked doesn't provide any billing automation capability. I need some kind of an interface to be able to control my payments (3rd party software or an API). Which online credit card processor provides you with such an interface ?

Any web hosting management software that cooperates online credit card processing plus automation control ?

I don't have any merchant account.
