I have a new Red Hat 7.1 machine. It was brought down today for the first time to set it up on remote boot. When they turn it back on, none of the ip's will bind. NO network access. All of the ip's were added with WHM. Any idea what this could be?

It's a single nic machine, so it's not like the cable's in the wrong port.

possibly you added the identifying address (1st IP on the series) and the gateway address (2nd address) like .0 or .1 look for it and if it's there remove it.

Update your cpanel, because it was a cpanel bug but they said they fixed it. Readd the ips again and restart the ipaliases. And shutdown and restart bind again.

It's fixed now. I'm not panicking any more. I'm not sure WHAT it was, but I suppose it could have been that cpanel bug. Thanks.
