would there be any point of setting up a domain resgistation plan on host you just started up or just wait till you get more customers? also if you dont have your own dns server would you need to get one to register your own domain or you would need to pay another host to provide the domain and also what program or system would i need to host domains?

I've found that customers generally like to get their domains the same place they get their hosting. It makes it much simpler to manage everything from one place, or with one company.

To resell domains, you can start off by getting an enom account (www.enom.com) and personally I use DRAMS for DNS management. (www.dramsystem.com)
