I can't add any domain name to our server.
I was updated dns entries on netsol.com but i cant access to this domains... (I checked, dns infos updated)

I cant enter to "services" section on "appliance administration" menu. when i try it, i receive this error message :
"An error has occured
OSError
[Errno 12] Cannot allocate memory
Failed to allocate memory. Please increase the RAM allocated to your Private
Server to 128MB. This can be done via the ServerXchange Interface for
administrating Private Servers."

our root password is not working too. (for telnet or web control panel)

I send 2 support mail to tera-byte like this, but no reply yet.

Sounds like Tera-Byte is going easy on the RAM. 64 RAM for a VDS is not enough especially if you use WEBppliance.

Anyway, the only way this will be fixed is if 1) They increase the RAM on the whole physical server or 2) They allot you 128 RAM for your VDS.

Also, I bet TB is feeling the increase in support that comes from employing SX. So they are probably behind. (Just a guess)

You are facing prob cos there are too many virtual server running on one machine and that machine is loaded very badly with so many virtual server.
Can you tell us how many sites are running on your virtual server and what is daily data transfer. If the data transfer is not much than its just because of your ISP.

i can't add any site to virtual server yet. ensim applience control panel not working properly.
here it is another error message when i trying to do some action :

before buying this server packege we ask to tera-byte, how many virtual server runing on a machine, they said 10.


our sites still on aitcom.net's servers. we planing to cross tera-byte becouse of theirs cheap prices and famous customer support. but now there is no service or support...
