We are looking to have a custom designed shopping cart finished. It is already ~85% designed, however the current programmer is taking to long to complete it.

It is an ASP based. The cart will be for a computer company and it will allow for custom laptop purchases.

Still needing to be completed:
Connecting the order form to merchant processing
emailing and/or databasing of order information
Javascript form validation

You will be able to talk with the previous programmer if needed to get a better idea of the completion process.

We are looking to have our cart function in the same manner as the following:

Announcements on main opening page
Notes: allow any staff to put up little notes/tips on the front page below any of my announcements.
Leads: allow for us to place any possible leads in here. Easy to add new leads. Lets us put in: name, ph. #, email, company, what they were asking/looking for/notes section, who the rep was, confidence %.
Customer Database: (below)
Customer personal info
Order specs
Notes, where we can add in notes as to support issues, RMA's etc.
Knowledgebase, searchable. - Allow for us to put in information/walkthroughs for the techs to use as a reference, make it easy to add more in and then keyword searchable so they can find the guides quick/easy

There is ~20 hours left of programming work needed.

We are on a tight timeframe and are looking for quick completion!
