This has been posted here many times. There are questions about the company's credability.

Those are some nice systems indeed but I'm highly hesitant on those prices I mean I figure something like that would be expensive but 4x23" monitors costing nearly 18K when 1x23" is like $1500? Just buy 4x23" yourself and get a custom stand built couldn't cost that much and I think there's some quad-head AGP cards out there (never bought one so I ain't shopped them but I'm sure I've seen 'em mentioned)

I agree ... but if there is customers willing to pay it ... then there will be people willing to sell it.

A google search on Liebermann Inc (http://www.google.com/search?q=Liebermann+Inc&sourceid=opera&num=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8), the company in question, makes some interesting, and scary reading.

I believe there's actually who "companies" selling these "xtreme" PC's. I don't think I'd buy from either of them unless they had a physical location I could visit.

what a waste of money! i have had and 15 inch monito for 8 years (not the same one ofcourse) and i am dead happy with its size. considering buying a lcd soon as i am getting eye problems ;)

Yes, nice image rendering, despite the obvious error on one of the towers, which was an obvious PSP mess up :laugh:

Notice, clue one; the panel on the front of the towers is slightly off at an angle.. either they made those towers to look like they are misfits, or they messed up in PSP/Photoshop.

Another thing is, if you look at the $18,000 monitors, the power consumption is 230W, I mean holy wattage :eek:

i was flipping channels one day and on techtv/screensavers they were reviewing this companies hardware. The lcd's and server were both prototypes. The large lcd's were actually 4 samsung lcd's. They were housed in such a way to make it look like one large lcd. Portions of the lcd's were held together by duct tape (no bs). The workstation/servers did work but were nothing more then over clocked cpu's with a refrigeration system.

Alot of stuff could have changed from the time i saw the show, but i wasnt impressed by any of it once i saw the tv show.

Hopefully things have changed and the company can put out some cool products that only the super wealthy/ignorant can afford.
